iOS 17.2 brings the long-awaited option to change your iPhone's default alert tone.

Apple has changed the default notification sound in iOS 17, but with the release of iOS 17.2, users can finally change it to whatever they like.
The default notification sound in iOS 17 is quieter and difficult to hear, but now you have control over the sound and change it to your preference.
Update your iPhone to iOS 17.2 or later, and go to Settings > Sound and Haptics > Default Alerts to choose your desired notification sound.
