Why would you want to keep old wallpapers you no longer use anyway? You can get rid of them from your iPhone.

The steps to delete an iPhone wallpaper are simple: long-press on the wallpaper from the Lock Screen, swipe left or right to view previous wallpapers, swipe up on the one you want to delete, and tap the Trash icon.
Deleting an iPhone wallpaper from the Lock Screen does not remove the original photo, so you can safely delete wallpapers without losing the source image.
